These terms describe the use of the Upkeep Shop website at upkeepshop.com, run by Chan Yin in London, Ontario, Canada.

Information, not a contract

This site provides general information about Upkeep Shop and its services. Sending the form is a request to talk, not a contract or an acceptance of work. After you answer the extra questions, we will provide a quote for the work proposed.

Services and pricing

Upkeep Shop offers Google Business Profile setup, simple websites, and monthly care. Prices shown on the site are ranges for guidance, not a binding quote. The scope, price, timing, and any deliverables will be set out in the quote or other agreement you accept.

Monthly care can be cancelled in any month. Any final timing or outstanding work will be handled as described in the applicable service arrangement.

Google results

Upkeep Shop can help prepare and maintain business information, but Google controls its products and search results. No guarantee is made about Google rankings, visibility, calls, or a set number of leads.

Content ownership

Unless stated otherwise, Chan Yin and Upkeep Shop own the site design, writing, illustrations, and other original content on this site. You may not copy, republish, or reuse that content without permission. Client-provided names, logos, images, and other materials remain subject to their respective owners.

Privacy

This privacy page explains how Upkeep Shop handles information submitted through upkeepshop.com.

What the form collects

The start form collects your name, business name, phone or email, whether you already have a website, and your website URL when you say yes. The later questions page may collect your town, trade, whether you have a Google listing, and what you want done.

How information is used

Upkeep Shop uses this information only to reply to you, understand what you need, prepare a quote, and provide or discuss the requested services. Information is not sold.

How long information is kept

Information is kept as long as needed to reply, prepare a quote, and do the work. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time by emailing hello@upkeepshop.com.

Tracking

To the best of our knowledge, this site uses no advertising trackers. Basic technical information may still be handled by the hosting or email services needed to deliver the site and respond to a request.
